We ship to the United States and to a number of other countries. The countries we deliver to are shown at checkout.

Delivery time
Orders to the United States arrive in 11–18 days after you place them (calendar days). This is an estimate, and delivery can take longer because of customs or carrier delays. Delivery to other countries can take longer.

Shipping costs
The shipping cost, if any, is shown at checkout before you pay.

Address
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We can't change it once your order has shipped. If you need to fix something, contact us as soon as possible through the form on our Contact page.

Orders with two toys
If your order includes more than one toy, they may arrive in separate packages.
