Is it right for my dog?
The treat ball is 2.2 in (5.5 cm), so it works best for small and medium dogs. If your dog is large or a very strong chewer, this may not be the right toy. Always supervise play and remove the toy if it gets damaged.
What surfaces does it stick to?
Works best on smooth, clean surfaces like tile, glass, sealed hardwood or laminate. Not recommended on carpet or rough, unfinished wood.
How do I put the suction cup down and take it off?
Press the cup flat onto a clean, smooth surface. To release it, lift the edge tab.
How do I fill the ball?
Press dry kibble or small treats into the ridges around the middle of the ball. Your dog works to get them out.

We ship to the US. Delivery takes 11–18 days after you order (calendar days). If your order hasn't arrived within that window, contact us and we'll refund you or send a replacement, your choice.
Damaged or wrong item
If your toy arrives damaged, defective or not what you ordered, send us a photo within 30 days of delivery and we'll refund you or send a replacement. You don't need to send it back.
Changed your mind
You can return an unused toy within 30 days of delivery for a refund of the product price. Return shipping is paid by the customer. We can't accept returns of toys that have been used by a pet.
